I didn't bother to ask if I could be an Advanced Class teacher or whatever, because I'm not willing to take on responsibilities. When I do bother to check this, which I will try to make often, I will answer any questions posted in this thread.

Playing since build 110
A veteran player of the following classes: Warrior, Knight, Paladin, Rogue, Wizard, Archer, Sorcerer, Priest, Assassin, Necromancer.

Goes from most experienced to least experienced. The first 5 are roughly equal, then it becomes a pretty heavy slope.

I'm not here to answer your questions in 5 minutes, I'll try to answer every day.

Ask me just about anything intelligible. Tell me you don't like me here, or ask me how to perfectly execute the knight stun on Oryx 2. Either way, anything that will benefit you I'll attempt to help with.

**Kitsune if you want this to be somewhere else, thats cool, I just don't want stupid questions which is why its in the advanced classes place. I don't want to be asked "How do i stop auto-shooting" etc.

My questions:
1. My rogue keeps getting slaughtered by people walking up behind me. How do I not die when someone walks in on my cloaked rogue?(Figured this also pertains to others too)

2. When trying to gain fame, how much of bonus does not teleporting give me?

3. How much fame bonus does not killing cubes give? And does it count as a cube kill if i never shoot a cube, but i earn EXP from a cube dying?

If an ent ancient gets killed with no one around, does it make a sound?

But for real, good stuff, Seto. Having a pro around will be nice. Membership is just really low right now, so I don't know how often you'll need to answer questions. Maybe we'll advertise that we have Setophilia going on ITT.

1. As a rogue, people are going to probably walk up on you. The best way to counter this is to watch your mini map closely while also timing your cloak in your head. A good way is to just f5, don't try to run out. You will always thank yourself for this in the long run. always f5, don't run out. (Unless you're completely safe ofcourse)

2. Keeping your feet on the ground gives you a 50% fame bonus, but with how the fame formula works its completely ridiculous how helpful it can be. The only problem is the difficulty of this, but if you level yourself in an UDL opened in nexus, its a lot easier to not teleport at level 20.

3. Fame bonus for cubes is 10%, if you get exp from cubes you still get the fame bonus. you have to deliver the killing blow for it to be removed. Again, 10% is all I'm willing to give with the difficulty of the fame formula.

An explanation made by Tetsujin is this:
The formula of total gained fame recalculates with each additional achievement. All achievements stack as they are listed (i.e. 'tunnel rat' calculates only after 'sniper' calculation)
Example: If person gained 100 base fame and Pacifist and Friend of the cubes,
he will get 100+(100 * 0.25)+(125 * 0.1)=137.5 fame - but not 100+(100 * 0.25)+(100 * 0.1)=135 fame.

1. You really have to know all the god, event, and boss behaviors, attack patterns, bullet damage, and how to dodge given all this information. You have to also know what to do when encountering certain combinations of gods. Which bullets can I afford to eat in this swarm (minimize total damage)? Anyhow, it just takes practice. That's what priests are great for! You get to practice dodging as a clothy with a heal to cover up your mistakes.

2. They have the worst dps for a reason: they have the best healing! I use a cwand for the piercing. It helps a lot. What to do to increase damage? Upgrade wand, drink att and dex pots, and improve your aiming ability. Not too hard, but really not much can be done to make priest dps amazing. Play another class if you want to really destroy things!
