1. Have completed all 5 Basic Level Tests
2. Proven in other ways you can help the newest to the game

Yeah, for some reason these forums never caught on. No one signed up for a long time and I'm sure most teachers/admins rarely check this site.

Maybe the flooding of nubs into the game will spill over into these forums? I dunno.
