Helpful Random Chatter

So I'm building a random chatter that will spout out helpful information about the game. What I need is the various bits of info. Please be specific when you give a bit of info. Place it in quotes (""), and if you can't think of anything specific, leave a general and yet informative piece of info so we can discuss it to find out what it should say. I'm not going to release the source code, and I will only give it to those that want to sit in Nexus for hours on end and let their character talk.

For the program to work properly, I need atleast 15 things. And for this to help the site get more people, they need to be something EVERYONE could benefit from.
